Masa Lista is maize corn meal used all over central and south America. It is used to make tortillas, tacos, pupusas, tamales, corn chips, etc. Made from 100% stone ground white corn and lime water it is very healthy and a great substitute to bread.

Masa Lista is wheat free, gluten free, it has no preservatives, no GMO and no artificial components. It may contain gum, making it a little sticky. This issue will be solved with a new flour about to arrive that will not contain gum.

Always insist on Masa Lista from San Carlos Products. Unfortunately a different importer has copied our brand name 'Masa Lista' and is imitating our product with a cheaper inferior flour not correctly represented. If you are unsure, look at the address on the bag, if the address is in QLD that is the original and best, if it is from Blacktown NSW, it is a cheap imitation most likely not what your paying for.
