San Carlos Products has grown into the largest importer of Central and South American Food in Australia. It also boasts of having the largest range of products on the market.

Predominantly a wholesaler, San Carlos Products can also cater for retail orders through our distributors all over Australia. A mail order system is also in place for customers not able to use our distributors.

With over 130 retail outlets stocking our products (including all major deli's, Chinese and Indian shops, restaurants and Woolworths) there is bound to be one near you.

Unfortunately our patented brand MASA LISTA and bag design has been illegally copied by Latin American Foods (a back yard operation) in NSW. Their imitation flour is mixed with other flours and may contain wheat and unnatural chemicals.
At this stage we can not afford to defend our brand so please be aware this cheap imitation product is not our own.
Always make sure the MASA LISTA comes from VIC not NSW and it has a gold 'the original' logo on it. If unsure please call us.
